Just finished a couple of hours ago my eight our module of teaching the the first ever “Master in Tecniche di Bioinformatica e Epidemiologia Molecolare Applicate alle Malattie Infettive” that has started in Bari last March 31st and will end next year’s July 13th.

My module was about “Elements of computer science, operating systems, networks and their applications”.

The post university master was organized by the ABAP association in collaboration with the DiSPeZ) of Bari’s Medicine Faculty, the Bari research support unit to research of the ITB – CNR and the Clinical Science Dept. “Luigi Sacco” of Milan’s Medicine & Surgery University.

I hope to all the participants of the master a bright future!

Since to many of my colleagues, familiars and friends I’m the “all-things-Mac guy“, in the last two weeks I’m getting more and more questions about the Flashback malware, the first in years that have seriously compromised that invulnerability aura that covered us Mac OS X users.

So I wrote an email to all my colleagues in the CNR’s Area of Bari and then wrote a post on everything you wanted to know about Flashback but were afraid to ask.
