Arianna Consiglio obtained a degree in Computer Science at University of Bari “Aldo Moro” in 2006, a Master in IT Government at Roma Tre University in 2009.
In 2016 she got a PhD in Computer Science at University of Bari “Aldo Moro”.
Since November 2009 she works at CNR ITB Bari, in the Bioinformatics Group.
Her main research activities are: statistical analysis of bioinformatics data generated by Next Generation Sequencing and Exon Array platforms; development of web application and content management systems, aimed at publishing Bioinformatics tools and databases.
